Free plan
The free plan (25 checks per key) costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund or cancel.
Cancelling Pro
- Pro is a monthly subscription (EUR 5 per month) that renews until you cancel.
- Cancel at any time with the manage or cancel link in your payment receipt, or email support@bizcheck.app with the key prefix (the first characters of your key, for example
bc_live_AbCd) or your receipt number. - After you cancel there are no further charges. Pro stays active until the end of the month you paid for.
Refunds
- 14 day refund. Ask within 14 days of any Pro charge, first payment or renewal, and we refund that charge in full. You do not need to give a reason.
- After 14 days, charges are not refunded, except where the law requires it or where the service failed to work and we could not fix it, in which case we refund the affected period.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. The key moves back to the free plan when a refund is issued.
How to ask for a refund
Email support@bizcheck.app with your receipt number or key prefix. Payments will be processed by a merchant of record; you can also request a refund through the link in its receipt. We reply within 2 business days.
Your right of withdrawal (EU and UK consumers)
If you buy Pro as a consumer, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the purchase without giving a reason, by emailing us a clear statement. Our 14 day refund above already covers this, so you get the full amount back.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. We refund quickly, and a dispute takes much longer for everyone.
