# BizCheck

> BizCheck lets AI agents verify a company in one call: registry record, EU VAT validity, LEI and sanctions screening (EU, UN, OFAC, UK). Every fact carries its source and fetch time. Agents sign themselves up; 25 checks are free.

BizCheck has no dashboard. Agents use the HTTP API (https://bizcheck.app/api/v1), the MCP server (https://bizcheck.app/mcp) or the CLI (`npx bizcheck`). Signup is one unauthenticated call. When checks run out, the API returns 402 with an `upgrade_url` for the human; the same key upgrades.
