What BizCheck is
BizCheck returns facts about companies taken from official public sources: company registers, the EU VIES VAT service, GLEIF and published sanctions lists. Each fact names its source and the time it was fetched.
No advice, no guarantee
Results summarise public records. They are not legal, financial, credit or compliance advice, and a verdict is not a KYC or AML determination. Sources can be wrong, late or unavailable. Check the cited source before you act on a result that matters.
Your key
Keep your API key secret. You are responsible for calls made with it. We may suspend keys used for abuse, for scraping that degrades the service, or to get around the free plan limit.
Plans and payment
The free plan gives 25 checks per key. Pro costs EUR 5 per month for 2,000 checks under fair use. Payment is handled by a merchant of record, whose terms apply to the purchase. You can cancel through the merchant.
Source data
Source data stays subject to the licence of the publishing authority. Where a source requires attribution, keep the source citation that comes with each fact.
