Facts from official sources, each one cited. One check combines the national register, VAT, LEI and sanctions screening into a verdict with one reason per signal.

• Registry status. Name, former names, status, legal form and address from the national company register.

• VAT via VIES. Validity and registered name from the European Commission VAT service.

• LEI via GLEIF. Legal entity identity for any company, anywhere, including countries without an open register.

• Sanctions: EU, UN, OFAC, UK. Scored name matches against four published lists, with the time each list was updated.

• Sources on every fact. Each fact names its source and carries fetched_at.

Connect over MCP, the CLI or plain HTTP. No dashboard and no account page. The key is the account.

• Signs itself up

  One unauthenticated call to /signup returns a key with 25 free checks. No form, email or card.

• Hands the human a checkout link

  When checks run out the API answers 402 with an upgrade_url. The human pays EUR 5 a month.

• Same key upgrades itself

  After payment the same key is Pro. The agent retries the call; nothing to reinstall or reconfigure.

Europe-first registry coverage. Company registers by country, plus EU VAT checks, LEI identity and sanctions screening for any company, anywhere.

What it does not do

• No credit scores or financials. BizCheck reports identity, status and listings. It does not rate creditworthiness.
• Owners only where published. Officers and owners appear only where the national register publishes them openly. Elsewhere the fields are absent, not empty.
• Some countries are VAT or LEI only. Where there is no open register, a check can confirm a VAT number or an LEI record but not the full registry entry.
• Sanctions hits need review. Matches are scored name matches against four lists. A person decides whether a hit is real.
• No legal advice. A verdict is a summary of public facts, not a KYC or AML determination.
